How do I exchange my product to something else?Updated 9 days ago

All of our returns go through our return portal. Please navigate to the portal and follow the step by step instructions there.
In principle the steps are as follows: 

• Locate your order with order number and email, zip code or phone number.
• Choose whether you want to return or exchange 
• Add the reason for exchange
• Pick the exchange product
• Check the information
• Move on to print the return label

Exchange order will be created for you and it will be shipped as soon as we receive your return and have checked it.
