How do I return my order?Updated 9 days ago

All of our returns go through our return portal. Please navigate to the portal and follow the step by step instructions there.
In principle the steps are as follows: 

• Locate your order with order number and email, zip code or phone number.
• Choose whether you want to return or exchange 
• Add the reason for return
• Check the information
• Move on to print the return label

Please note that we will offer you also a possibility for store credit instead of refund. You can choose either one to your preference.
